13th International Balkan History Congress was hosted at the International VISION University.

International Vision University hosted the 19 Mayıs University in Samsun, which is one of Turkey’s eminent University and the Mubadele Assosciation (Exchange Association) ın Samsun and jointly held the 13th International Balkan History Congress. The Minister of State of the Republic of Northern Macedonia; Elvin Hasan, Rector of International Vision University Prof. Dr. Fadıl HOCA, the president of the Turkish Movement Party and Member of Parliament Mr. Enes İbrahim, the president of Samsun 19 Mayıs University Congress Prof.Dr. Prof. Dr. Bünyamin KOCAOĞLU, Retired Colonel Süheyl Çobanoğlu, The president of Samsun Mubadele Assosciation (Exchange Association) Mrs. Olcay Kinay Yakin, the Vice-Rectors of International Vision University, academicians from various universities in Turkey and a large number of students of the International Vision University attended to the conference.

In his speech, Rector of International Vision University, Prof. Dr. Fadıl HOCA, who expressed with the opening speech of the Congress as “We are very happy to witness that the 13th International Balkan History Congress is held for the first time in the Balkans at our University”. He also emphasized the importance that they witnessed a historical day and the International University will continue to host such organizations in the future. The opening speech was continued by the president of Samsun 19 Mayıs University Congress Prof.Dr. Prof. Dr. Bünyamin KOCAOĞLU, The president of Samsun Mubadele Assosciation (Exchange Association) Mrs. Olcay Kinay Yakin and The Minister of State of the Republic of Northern Macedonia Mr.Elvin Hasan.

The special session of the congress was held and Moderated by the Vice-Rector of the International Vision University Prof. Dr Hasan Oktay, the president of 19th Mayis University Congress Prof.Dr. Prof. Dr. Bünyamin KOCAOĞLU and and retired Colonel Süheyl Çobanoğlu.

The working section of the Congress took place in three different halls and in three sessions. Papers of academicians from Turkey and abroad and International Vision University lecturers, in addition to Turkish language, it was also continued to be presented throughout the day in English and Macedonian.
